Project Manager / Project Officer

For “Light & Shade Hong Kong in Taiwan” Taipei Exhibition at Hong Kong Week 2018

 

Background

The Hong Kong Multimedia Design Association shall organise the captioned Project.  By exhibiting through the Project the Organiser aim to:

-  Present an exhibition for the enrichment of Hong Kong creative industry

-  Arouse wider public interest in the talents of Hong Kong Advertisement professional, animators and installation designers

-  Facilitate channels for cultural exchange between Hong Kong and Taiwan

 

Project Manager for the above project is open for recruitment

Qualifications:

-  Degree holder, preferably in design related disciplines;

-  5 years or above in related and solid working experience

-  Self-motivated, independent, accountable, detail minded, able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight schedules;

-  Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

-  Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, etc.

Duties:

-  Manage the entire project,

-  Ensure the project carry out as the curator direction and in a professional and effective manner

-  Communicate with the Taiwan parties

-  Provide directions in terms of marketing, exhibition fabrication and events organizing

-  Oversee the budget control

-  Act as the contact point for all related parties in the project

Project Officer for the above project is open for recruitment

 

Qualifications:

-  Degree holder, preferably in design related disciplines;

-  3 years or above in related and solid working experience

-  Self-motivated, independent, accountable, detail minded, able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight schedules;

-  Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, etc.

Duties:

-  Support the operation and promotion of the projects

-  Plan and execute for the related events such as opening ceremony

-  Assist Project Manager to organize and execute the Project in a professional manner

-  Support administration duties

 

Duration of Contract:

8-month contract shall commence from August 2018 till end of March 2019.
